Like with all blogs, I seem to forget to write on a regular basis, especially when I have a lot to do. I have a lot to do including writing web stories for our BD website, so I’m out.
In my ad concepts class, we’ve been asked to pick a website and formulate an advertising strategy for it. I’ve sent my teacher a couple of ideas one of them being Whiskerino.net.
All of my ideas are community sites though and I’m finding that the only strategy that works for these is that you can find people that share your interests. I sent that for approval, but I’m sure it’s way too general. Are there any other benefits to community sites other than community?
Dave and I met last Thursday to discuss the tone document and the design elements for our website. We had a very productive meeting and towards the end, Hank stopped by. He has agreed to continue securing the interview subjects for our feature articles. I am most excited to talk to his friend who does graffiti in Atlanta. It should prove to be a most interesting interview and a great piece for our site if he comes through. Keep you fingers crossed.
